The service that assists the transferee/assignee when they arrive at their new location or when they are leaving their assignment location is the focus of all Destination Service Providers (DSP's) globally.

While it is more obvious this assistance is needed internationally, we find that a move within the same country can create the need for the family to find a knowledgeable individual that understands the relocating family, knows the area well and in many cases has access to unlisted homes that are available to rent or purchase.

The internet can be used to identify homes or schools; however, its ability to take on the human aspect of understanding the individual needs of the family cannot be substituted for our professionals with experience in the neighborhood and understanding of the local schools.

The key to the entire experience is the ability for the employee to rest "easy" knowing that their family has gotten settled quickly and they can resume the work that the company has hired them to do.
